    Found the problem with Robert's power steering. Rack is shot. Pulled the dust boots off the ITREs and a quart of power steering fluid dumped out.

    2 problems with that... The dust boots are to keep shit out, not in... our power steering racks take ATF (red) fluid, not Power steering (yellow) fluid.




    Used rack off a 2001 Tacoma will be here on Tuesday :thumbsup: (better rack guide than the pre 00s had)

    For once, we can tear shit apart without having to worry about having to have it back on the road by the end of the day.

    Going to try and...
    R/R steering rack,
    replace auto shifter bushings,
    flush brake system,
    install Tundra brake calipers and rotors, replace front shocks/coils,
    replace LCA bushings,
    remove LBJs and OTREs

    and replace windshield wipers
