37's on IFS

    Pretty neat, thought i'd share. I know Tacoridinghigh has 37's but he has about 6-7inches of lift. Guy over on TTORA rippinred

    Truck Has All Pro LT Kit
    Full skid plates
    Walker Evans Shocks
    WAlker Evans Beadlocks
    37" Pitbull Rockers
    All Pro Baja Leaf pack
    RCV Custom built cv axles
    All Pro Sliders
    Front Fiberglass Fenders

    Its amazing how the 37's actually seem to fit pretty well with only 3''...

    I really thought 35s were pushing it. So the age old question is answered.. 37s fit. Now the more important question: Can the IFS handle them?

    I have wanted to run 37s for a long time, but I don't want to go SAS.

    I see 37" tire + locker + IFS == broken

    Obviously you will need to re-gear with 37's. Probably upgrade your CV's too. Other than that.. only time will tell. I am curious to ask this guy some questions and see how long he has been running this setup.

    He will blow a Ring and Pinion before those RCV axles break. and the IFS should be fine. the tire really has not much effect on those components

    You'd probably have less money & less time putting a solid axle swap on it and you'd have much more flex, much stronger axles and easier to fix when stuff does break.

    37's will fit on a taco. Alot of cutting, grinding, welding, and hammering are needed.
