I don't particularly follow these kinds of things, but apparently it is a bloodbath of rider / sponsor change-ups this year.

Biggest one I didn't see coming was Fabio Wibmer leaving Specialized.

Lots of hero dirt lately. Snuck a ride in before the rain clouds rolled in last night.

congrats on the new bike. Currious as to why the switch from f/s to hard tail. I have a santa cruz blur and a santa cruz chameleon but prefer the hard tail most of the time. More efficent the the f/s.

Looking to upgrade my fork. Which fork would you choose? Staying in the 130-140mm range.

    -Fox Factory 34
    -Rockshox Pike Ultimate
-Cane Creek Helm (dark option I don’t know much about [air/coil ??] but like that they’re local-ish to me)

The next dilemma. Keep running my ‘18 Fuel EX 9.9, or swap up to a ‘20 Santa Cruz Tallboy, Norco Optic, or Transition Smuggler....

Or keep the EX and add a cheap-ish hardtail :annoyed:

Sounds like we may have the start of a plan.... Headed to Bend this summer, hoping to go further north. Let's get this going!

Easy stuff here... CK Helm, no doubt. Have one, love it. Way better than either of the other two.

'20 Tallboy or Optic. Always upgrade if you can and want to. Both of those are amazing bikes, and will make you a better rider and person, plus everyone will like you more. Do it!

I almost tagged you as I thought you ran Helms. I was kinda leaning that way as they can be had the 20% off right now. On that note. What would you suggest; air vs coil, the works model?

Gonna think on the bike upgrade a little longer. I still have no complaints about my fuel, but the redesigns on both the Tallboy and the Optic looks intriguing. Will be a tough choice on which one to go with.
