    Bad advice.....won't work and is also considered attempting to obtain/purchase by means of fraud. :eek:

    VIN at a dealership comes back to owner of FJ. Buy them honestly, you'll be happier. JMHO.

    I did not have to provide an FJ vin to the dealer. I even asked if they needed one and they said no. Shop around I am sure you will find a set.

    I made my order around the 9th of september and they were gonna take at least till the 10th of october to come in. I would suggest finding something else. I should have listened when some of the post said that Toyota of Richardson was shady.

    I just ordered them at East Coast Toyota. The guy checked with the warehouse and they will be delivered Saturday. I paid $127.20 each + tax.

    Best that you have your dealer check with the warehouse before you pay and place the order. That way they are more willing to do the foot work.

    Are you having them shipped? If so...free shipping? Not to sound petty but some of these dealers offer free shipping and some not, but it can easily be another $100-150 for shipping. That's a good price you got. I keep bouncing back and forth between wanting these (if I can find a good price) or some custom wheels from Discount Tire.

    I will pick them up. On my way from work. I know what you are saying. They are always hiding something. I did some shopping for tires yesterday night and I found that Tire Rack has a better price include the shipping.
    I decided on Revo2 285/75/16 and I got them for $913 shipped where Discount tire wants $936 shipped. The thing is,that they inculde the shipping but the price of the tire is $27 more then Tire Rack.
    Overall I save about $20 bucks. Good enough for few bieres.

    Good advice...Definatly have the dealer check the warehouse to make sure they have them there. The dealer also should not charge you shipping for them to ship them from their warehouse to their shop. That is on them!

    I just got off the phone with a local dealer that had them advertised on their website for $128/wheel...so I got a little excite and called them. He said the price was $250/wheel. I said your website says $128. He said we just bumped up the price due to demand. I said "Double?". He nonchalantly said "Yep". I said "Nevermind"

    Shipping was free... $121 per wheel. $484 total. Took almost a month to get them. I called the same dealership you called also and spoke to them. It was a number from the FJCruiserstore or something. I can't remember the name of the dealership though. I laughed when he told me 250 per wheel. Plus he told me they had to order them one at a time. And I would be billed up front and once I started the process I couldn't cancel. I told them no thanks.

    You are aware that Discount Tire will match any price, right? All you have to tell them is that they're getting beat by 5 bucks a tire... They're not concerned with 5 dollars a tire, they want your business.

    I paid the same price shipped to my door. No issues here and my wheels are on. Simply put, these wheels are the identical silver wheels only painted Anthracite gray. No other magic...just gray.
