I used to work special assignment there over the holidays at Atlantic when I worked for them here. Always cool being out there in the winter, the sunset slam is nuts!!

    I'll keep that in mind
I was surprised with how few airplanes there were on the ramp. I guess most wealthy people aren't traveling on Christmas eve

Up here it seems like most of them came in on Saturday to get to Big Sky. My place looks out over the valley and the approach to the airport. Last Saturday there were jets coming in about every 10 to 15 minutes between 10AM and 3PM. I imagine Sunday was the same but I wasn't home to know for sure.

Just flew in to St Maarten and there are an unreal number on private jets at the airport. Parked in big clumps of 10-12 all over the place.

Then there were these 2 across from the place we were getting our rental car. 737 BBJ tucked under the wingtip of a 767 BBJ, must be a hell of a way to travel.

How is the island post hurricane? My wife and I have been trying to get out since we got married 7yrs again, and the summer we could afford it, it was wiped out by the hurricane.

That 767 is pretty famous in the private jet world. Sweet paint job on that thing for sure!!

You can tell they are still rebuilding but it seems to be in decent shape. This is my first time though so I have no real reference to what it was like before.

The private jet parade into Bozeman has begun. Been home less than an hour. At least 5 jets have landed so far. More folks headed up to Big Sky I'm sure.

So happy to be flying a plane with center point fueling. Had an early morning this morning, but it looks like I’m off tomorrow and then back to Aspen on Sunday.

Missed the wing tip, looks like I will have to go back and get some more pictures before we leave. The wife got a great video of an Air Canada 767 landing

Nice! Was gonna call ya out on the AC 767 as I didn't think they were in their fleet anymore...but low and behold they still have 5 in active duty. I did 13 hrs left seat in a AC 767 simulator, good times. Also flew steerage on the Gimli Glider before it was retired.

    Gotta check that place out

I certainly hope I can pick out a 767 since I build them (well KC-46) haha. I called it about a mile out then doubted myself for a minute before it was right on us. Not sure if this link will work or not

Read back the longest clearance I’ve ever had this morning. We ended up needing to take on an extra 1000 pounds of fuel for the tour of the Rockies they gave us!

I'd put my money on admiring the dong dragon drawn in one of the portajohns. Thing is a work of art. I hope it's still there.
