    Yes all the time. Works better in single packs, but can do 2 at time. Just fill bowl half with water nuke for 3min. Stir at middle of the cook. 1:30

    Thanks! This will be my new cheap lunch at work! We have 5 or 6 cafeterias inside the plant, all ran by Sodexo. Way overpriced and known for serving undercooked chicken/beef and moldy bread. And Ramen noodles are as healthy as eating salads!

    225 on the pooper until anywhere from 200 to 204. A probe should slide in like butter. Let it sit wrapped and in a cooler for 1-2 hours.

    I has one. But I haven't done a brisket in a looooong time. So no notes have been taken on a brisket since I haven't cooked a brisket.

    See below. I’d bump it to 250-275 after 3-4 hours to get it done quicker. I use hickory wood on mine. Probe several spots to make sure. You doing a whole packer right?

    29F7EBE9-FEE2-4F8A-BF47-C25F3D257072.jpg Three racks of baby backs, and a 7 lb butt hitting the smoke in the morning for a party tomorrow evening. After the ribs come off at 2 hours, bumping the temp to at least 275 to get the butt done in time. Ribs will be wrapped and finished in the oven. We are leaving the house at 5-5:30, so it has to be done by then.
