The bigger they are. The more detrimental they are to your health.

So this is my water crossing! Then soon after i got the green flashing 4x4 light and the other warning lights. Took her into the dealer explained the issue, left out the water crossing. They took it in to look at it came out to tell me that with all the heavy modifications and the electrical modifications they would not honor warranty. I argued for a few minutes with the shop mechanic and service manager to no good out come. Searched TW on my issue witch led to the front actuator being the problem. Upon removal of actuator i found the breather hose was not attached from when i had my gears installed. Opened up the actuator to this mess. Ended up replacing the entire unit with a new OEM actuator at the cost of a couple hundred $$'s. Really was no way for me to see that the hose was off before the water crossing.

On topic, as long as you know that 36D is too big to cross without a “motorboat”.

Yikes. What a mess. I haven’t done anything that involved the diff. I’ve put on UCA extended brake lines and shocks in the front. I’ll find out what they say. I all ready know I won’t be able to change there mind if they deny to fix under warranty.

Just hope they don't put it into the computer system. If they do, most likely another dealer will give you the same thing when they pull up the vehicle service history.

Looks like it can be fixed by replacing only motor, it's pretty popular form factor motor. What type of sensors are in this unit? Is it just regular metal contacts? Or some kind of IR sensors?
