Weather guessers got it right. Snowy drive to airport. Waiting for plane to take off and Kristi to get back out from taking kids to gate.
Gonna miss them, but our Christmas was so great with them here.

Ice ... "ugh" makes sense now.
I'll count my blessings all of this one here came as snow, but I'll be getting some snowblower time in when we get back home...definitely not one I can just clear with the shovel. Maybe this Winter will get back to normal for the New Year.

fireworks all night from dark at 5pm all the way to 1am. neighbors got really crazy at about 1130 to 1230. one mortar went off and it just didn't sound right. Pretty sure it hit something. I was expecting to hear sirens shortly after but didn't. Then the winds kicked up sometime this morning and woke me up again as the windows and roof rattled through the 30mph gusts.
might need an extra coffee today
