Head over to Bishop. I'm doing a local trail that's an easy 13 mile cruise up to 9000' in the summer. In winter with 5 feet down it's a different beast. I broke trail after the last big storm a few weeks back but the last few "little" storms probably dumped another 2 feet or so.

Found out yesterday that a cousin has a condo at Mammoth. Guess a place to go for more hiking in the summer, but I only get that far south on 395 once or twice a year. Asked if the spare key was in a planter. :)

    It's 2020 now, so I'm in.

This year I want to do Mohave Rd, Coyote Flats, Peligreen Jeep Trail.... do some random camping... head south to Big Bend (Tx)... nothing specifically planned though, so I'll keep an eye on the thread.

I'm off 4 days a week but it's M-Th so my schedule rarely jives with anyone else.

I am scheduled for Moab for 2 weeks in April, but I'll be taking a dirt bike for most of the stuff there. Tacoma with RTT will just be a base camp.
