for we just got accepted on in Sandy would have cost me closer 2.5mil in Hawaii. I’m really happy, my mortgage is lower and gained 2300sqft

That seems to be the going rate for a school these days.
Sounds like my old high school, which there's actually nothing left of the old part now. $200mil, only $12mil over the projected cost back in 2015. Oh yeah, it's already expected to be at max capacity when completed, revised since this article. :bananadead::facepalm: It also sticks out like a sore thumb.

That thing is freaking huge. Every time I drive by it I keep thinking it belongs on Microsoft's campus.

From what I’ve noticed, all east side High schools are like that. I passed by Skyline once and I was shocked that it was a high school. It’s crazy.

Yes, again thank you so much for that help the other day. A friend went with the realtor the next day and really gave it a good look on the inside.

If you think Portland is bad just go visit Seattle. It makes Portland seem like a small town.

Question for the portland folks: I have to get from albany to PDX to catch a flight on friday, leaving Albany around 11am. Google maps has me taking i 5 then cutting over to pdx. Been watching the traffic this week to get a judge of travel time and it looks pretty jammed up during that time. I see 205 goes almost right to pdx and was green during those times, am I better off taking that? Or will the extra distance still take longer than sitting in some congestion going through the center of portland?

Thanks in advance! I'll have about 3hrs from the time my meeting ends until my flight takes off.

Hello, I live like 15 minutes from the airport. My advice is take I-5, then take I-205, then get off on Airport Way. You never want to head towards downtown Portland, because it gets jammed up pretty bad there, especially Fridays. I-205 gets bad after 2:00 pm, but it's better than taking I-5. Good luck and happy traveling!

And I live in Albany! 1.5 hrs to pdx from here. I don't think I have ever used I-5 to get there. 205 only. Unless there was some crazy wreck on the 205 or something. Driving up the Banfield on a Friday afternoon? No thanks! Enjoy your time in Beautiful Albany!:rofl::rofl:

Yeah its one of those towns that everyone else in the state makes fun of. Not going to show up on lists of where to visit in Oregon. But its home. The world is full of such places.
