    I know that Camburg has their coilovers built by Sway Away, but do they have the same valving? Which do you guys recommend for dd and little off road use?? Thanks in advance

    camburg coilovers do well but if your not gonna off road that much and want to crank up the co's some saw 2.0s would do fine and you can use the price diffrence money towards some uca's

    Good luck finding any anyplace. I tried to order them a year and a half ago and they had production issues (out of stock). Tried last week again to order them and nothing has changed. God forbid you needed to have them worked on by them.

    already have new ucas. i didnt know that there was a production problem with the saws. does that mean the same for the camburgs? hope not. and i found a place thatll sell the 2.5" diameter saws for $855 and another place thatll sell the camburgs for $925. lets just throw icon into the mix...outta the 3 which would perform better? ive read on here about different valving but am still not quite 100% on which (digressive/progressive) valving is better and which is in what coilovers.

    Icon = Digressive

    Sway-A-way/Camburg (and the rest) = progressive.


    Think of it this way......The Digressive rate will be more firm at slow speeds on small bumps, but softer on larger faster hits. Progressive will be softer on the slower smaller hits, but more firm on the larger/faster things.

    Yep. I prefer the more firm ride on the street myself, but its all dependant on the drivers likes.

    Cool. I got mine today too. Bummer part is I was shorted one resi bracket, so I'm gonna have to wait till next weekend to install the shocks but I can throw the coilovers in this weekend. Maybe I will just zip tie the resi up good till the bracket comes in... Ghetto LOL.

    do you know why there are two nuts that come with the bushings for the rear shocks? cant figure that out. ive seen some pics and it looks like they are both on there..one on top of the other. but i havent been able to confirm for sure
