    That's about when I was into the hobby. Maybe a little longer but. I had a Backfoot, a RC10T, and a HPI FI car, I got back into with a Tmaxx. I'm looking at getting back in again and getting a Traxxas TRX4 although I'm not sure which to get yet.

    Chemical guys makes something that might remove them. I’ve heard baking soda and vinegar would. When I worked at the tint shop, the owner made something that would remove them.

    Yes and no. We're on a well and it's extremely hard water or we opt for indoor line water which is softened by salt. There's really no winning.
