If we get lucky the taco moves to the Hilux platform, but I dunno man, Hilux is way heavier duty and a work truck and not a pimped out cush ride Tacoma for American roads. Unless you know something we don't? Some insider info?

Edit: and watch Toyota already has them sharing a platform and I'm just dumb:rofl:

Yeah foot sure. But if Yota is willing to put Hilux name on it and still send it to be worked to death all over the world, then it'll be plenty for Tacoma and Tundra

I am seriously dreading removing the passenger fender. I’m pretty sure that’s where they all were.

The front ends are too car like and the rear end looks like any other American truck. Theres really nothing that sets them apart from the competition.

I found a sticky trap in my attic that I forgot about. It had two mice pretty well decomposed with dead maggots on them. Seriously gross haha.

Now with that image in your mind, have fun removing the fender!

Met up with the owner of a 1986 being parted out on Facebook. Super nice guy, I got a new seat, fender, and some other trim. I’m going back for the engine wiring. The harness I bought is for a turbo and will work with re-pinning, but I’d rather have the same harness.

He said if anything doesn’t sell after a week, I can go back and get whatever I want for free before it goes to the junkyard.

Look how clean this seat is! I’m going to try to replace the upholstery on the driver’s seat with this.

I get one or two mice per month out of my attic. Dunno how they get up there or why as my house is pretty new. But those bastards will keep me up at night running around on the ceiling through the insulation. Also, they chew through my stuff up in the attic.
