Pretty sure he’s talking about the ratiotek kit. Although I’d recommend it to even a stock truck as it firms up the shifting characteristics in a very good way. This and making changes to the trans tune with HPT and any truck will drive like a completely different animal

Yah that’s what I’m hoping for. I have a ratiotek kit I need to install. will be either 2.8 or 2.5 so I’ll need it at some point but better shifting either way sounds good to me.

Shift Kit (for me IPT) PLUS a re-gear... Bee's Knee's. I still recommend a re-gear over a lot of other mods. Best bang for the buck. Especially anyone running larger tires, armor or other added weight. Even after the blower, shift Kit, headers, smaller pulley, etc.. the re-gear still made the biggest difference.

Just got back from a quick overnighter and shakedown run on the truck. First time since July. Man o man does it breathe and run fantastic now with the exhaust all opened up and vacuum leaks sorted out. Just need to get going on my HP Tune.. and this thing is going to be a monster.

Bumper works great. Added clearance in some tight spots. Almost got to use the winch today to rescue a brand new Mahindra Roxor stuck in the mud. Donated my straps instead for them to get out. Interesting vehicle for sure. Jeep body with a turbo diesel. Custom made to order. Off-road use only vehicle. Registers as an ATV. Lol. Got it stuck on its maiden voyage. 144 miles on the clock.

Sorry for shit post.. this is my BS thread.. all my boosted brothers.

4.30s Ehh? I'll be jumping up to 35s this next go around as well since I've got this bumper. Trim about 2 inches off the fenders and I'll be good. Everything else is cut, clearanced and beat back.

    Looks awesome.

My 37s are only stamped as such. BFG has a long way to go in the exact science department. However, on an auto, 4.88 and 37s puts me damn close to stock ratio gearing. If they were true 38s then I think it is spot on from my math. The boost keeps it perfect for me. Dual lockers and I can cruise at 75 is perfect for me.

Thanks man. You got rid of your flares tho. I plan to keep mine, trim the 2 inches off and stick em back on. Ordering some 700# coils too to replace my 650s.

Appreciate it. Ahh got ya. I was worried that if I go to 35s with the 4.56s that I would regret going 4.56s.. but I think with the blower and supporting mods it'll be just fine. I told myself I'd stop at 33s.. and that 4.56s would be fine.. but here I am.. lol

No need to apologize. This is where all the legitimate members go to get away from all the other trolls and otherwise actual shitposters of this forum. If we venture out of here, the rate of pissing off or getting pissed off out of the sheer stupidity is pretty high. I really make it a point to try to stay in here or in the HP Tuners thread because it is just not worth it otherwise. Happy New year's guys!!
