They told me it was going to take a little time with processing it all by mail. They said in order to speed the rebate process... scan and email it.

Just to bump this up... I'm getting a ABS light and the "car that looks like it's sliding" light, any ideas why?

Both lights on at the same time? Hmm I haven't seen anything like this on mine but I'll be keeping an eye out.

What happens if you unplug the UG and turn off/on the truck?

Did you hold the traction control button 3 seconds to disable all traction control stuff?

    Seems like I am... :D
Yep same lights at the same time, but indications of why the lights would be on. (eg. no slipping or brake problems)
No I didn't, but the problem is now fixed.

I unplugged it and plugged it back in, turned the truck to the "run" position (where just the AC and lights would come on) and then let it scan. It now works perfectly. Thanks all for the help!

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
my son broke the tabs on the part that holds the UG in place on Thursday. Ordered a new one and it arrived today. To my surprise, there were 2 in there w/ an invoice for the one and a "+1 free Thank You" on it. seems like some good folks there too...just putting that out there if yall need to get with them for anything else

Ok they emailed me back saying it takes 5 to 10 weeks for the refund to be sent. So that could mean another month to go.
