I get vibrations from my truck, but it’s because RCI @Joshp767 didnt do any reinforcing on their Gen3 skids at first and it’s been dented to touch the front clamshell differential.

 

Is yours steel or aluminum?

 

No clue and it makes an assload of noise lol.

 

Covered under warranty?

 

61,000 miles lol. I may upgrade them. Not sure yet.

 

Damn, for some reason, I didn't think you had that many miles.

 

Shes an early 16, and for about a year she was the only vehicle we had.

wanna buy their steel fuel tank skid, I don’t have the correct straps in my tank to run it Bc I’m a sport.

 

Have you seen the plastic fuel tank skid. I’m considering it. Only 8 pounds.

tis that day. I'm glad to be back at work actually. not that I didn't enjoy my time off but like you said it's nice to have a job.

 

we converted to PTO over the break, and checking our balances out today....mine is wrong....in a good way. they gave me double what I was supposed to have in PTO time. maybe I misunderstood it, but I'm sure not pointing it out lol

 

but mine is cheaper! lol

 

Hmm, the gas tank straps are different in the OR and the Sport? I wonder the reasoning behind that one.

 

Dang i only have 103 on my 12 lol and its only going to get like maybe 4k a year now haha

 

all holidays stay the same for us. what was communicated was that our vacation hours would be converted to PTO, and that our sick leave would be cut in 1/2 and put into a "bank" that could be used only when you run out of PTO. all future time accrued goes into PTO. so when I started here they gave me 40 hours vacation, 80 hours sick leave with no accrual until January. assuming those stayed the same (I used a little sick leave) I should have 40 hours PTO and 40 hours sick leave in the bank, but I somehow have 88 hours PTO..

 

I will get new hours added weekly. I have accrued 0 though, because they give you 40 but don't let you accrue until after your first 6 months. so it should just be 40.
