I just got tygers this weekend. They came in Damaged. Clearly packaged and sent out that way. Bolt holes did not line up at all on the passenger side. Had to Bend them and use a pry bar to get them into place.

Dang, are you serious. Did you try to contact the place where you ordered to see if they can send replacements?

I’m running N-Fab rock rails w/removable steps, there not sliders but liked the tight low profile fit.

Came installed from the dealer. A bit too high up to be a functional step but they keep tire crap off the doors.

Thanks for the pictures. I’m considering those steps because there priced better than the ones the dealer offers. Let me know what they tell you. Thanks

Nfab Predator Pro steps. I got them from a RealTruck.com rep on TW for a very nice discount.

+1 to avid, I got their frame bolt on sliders and they are phenomenal. I'm sure the step style sliders are just as good!

Good luck. I ordered mine on Amazon and when i got them they wouldn't line up. At first they said they'd send a replacement pair, then the next day they said a "tech" looked at the photos i sent and said i could make them fit with some hits from a "soft hammer". I returned them and ordered avid offroad sliders instead. you get what you pay for

    Wouldn't you like to know!
Depends on what you use it for. If you just need a step then go with the style that you like. If you plan on off-roading where you actually need more ground clearance then go with rock sliders. There's a ton of vendors that make them for Tacomas. I personally have 4xInnovations sliders and am very happy with them.

I have been looking at the Tyger ones as well. Best part is they are on Amazon and somehow still qualify for free shipping which a huge bonus!

I picked up a set last week for 228 free shipping w/prime. Had them in 2 days. No problems with fit.

I like the Nfab Predator Pro steps. Who did you work with on the forum for the discounted price? Thanks.

Was a fan of the Tyger step. No longer. Check out this rust. They’ve been on the truck about 2 years. AED7AD50-62E4-43F6-A377-DA7548E3A3AB.jpg DD24F278-A5D2-4A10-B8EF-B3F0CFE926C8.jpg

Depends where you live. I bet you're knee deep in snow. Here in so cal would be fine.

Also, another vote for real rock sliders. Unless you don't plan to offroad.
