Are we looking at the same TSB? From TSB-0112-19:

Get in there while you have factory warranty. I tried to get mine looked at and they told me in SOL.

I noted in the other thread. The master is an unlikely culprit for the issue and the pedal was shown to be about $170:
    https://www.walmart.com/ip/Genuine-...W3YwlVDXz_biAORinODiPEPmzWp77-iIaAhdREALw_wcB

It isn't cheap, but if it starts getting bad at 70k or so, it could be a whole lot worse, esp if you consider some of the out of warranty issues on FCA and GM stuff.

Thanks! I was only looking at the front page that was linked. That indeed is a new part number for the assembly.
That's good to hear. I shall stop lubricating mine starting....now...

    You're welcome!

Prior to this new TSB and some folks getting the parts swapped, most posts were about folks having issues with the TSB installation. Mainly bad wrenching by the techs. Lately, there hasn't been any complaints, but I'm still holding my breath. I have about 7k more left on the warranty.

The full TSB can be found at nthsa.gov.

Also keep in mind its not just mileage. It's based off of your in service date. I took delivery 3/6 so my 36 months is up then

Definitely, but I'm going to hit the mileage first unless some changes.

Cool just didn't want you to get shocked. I wasn't exactly sure when my 36 months was up so I had to look at my paperwork again. I'm only at 27k on mine so I'll probably make an appt for my frame rust notice CRC or whatever bs and the creaking.

    Thanks! I appreciate it.

Usually, I am about 12k per year, but I tend to make excuses to go for a drive. The Taco has been fun.

Yep! Same here except the wife has a hybrid with snow tires so we usually end up taking her car on long distance trips. We got her car a few months after mine and it's rounding 70k miles

We don't mingle much in each others cars. Even on date nights, we usually meet up at the spot. There are times when the whole fam goes somewhere and we pile in the Taco. It is cozy and we usually have good conversations. Hahahaha!

My '19 OR is at the dealer now for the clutch tsb. Loaner is an AT; it's like driving a different brand truck in a negative way! I want my shit-hot truck back. Missing them seat heaters

I'll let you know how the fix turns out

Truck is still at the dealer. They are waiting for "magic grease", specified on the TSB. They did replace all the clutch parts though.

More exciting is the 2.0 release soon from ovtune for my MT!

Got my truck back tonight. Clutch pedal feels closer to me, engagement about the same. Dealer was great how they handled this. I'll see if it remains quiet when we drive down to central Florida in 4 weeks.

Hope to have 2.0 uploaded for the trip.

My 2019 TRD OR clutch pedal started squeaking and groaning at about 7,000 miles. I'm taking it in for the 10K service and I'll ask them about T-SB-0112-19. I appreciate the information on this forum.

Have the dealer do this TSB. My clutch noise is gone and this Summer has been HOT!

    Hello,
1st post here for me. I bought my 2020 TRD Sport 6MT 14 months ago, for the last couple of months my clutch has been squeaking. I absolutely love everything about the truck besides that. What is the latest and best solution for this? I’m still well within warranty and am getting service in a week or so, I intend on mentioning it then if needed, is there anything I can do to fix it on my own?
