I think my truck has been deleted and returned to stock before... Missing clips replaced by zip ties

You've taken a fun exhaust and made it stock again? That's what i'm referring to.. I'd never go back to a stock exhaust. Zip ties work for nearly everything and should be used as such

I very much misread that at first and was confused why the place you order ribs from also installed your thermostat...and takes your coolant

I will have to in December to pass the visual inspection (it runs clean enough to pass the tailpipe test) unless I register my truck at my buddy's/parents/GFs place before then

Now that makes sense. U gonna try for the register route? That'd grind my gears to have to go back and forth every 2 years

I haven't admitted it to myself but probably. I would like to do a full downpipe back 5" exhaust but just opted for a "muffler delete" in the meantime so I can swap it out easier than doing the whole system

Gotta love RockAuto. $35 worth of parts somehow costs $24 to ship from 3 different warehouses. Lol, no.

Summit Racing wanted $10 to ship me a tiny package containing 2 one inch aluminum washers. They literally could just have put them in a regular envelope with a few stamps.

I hate to say it but this is one big reason why Amazon is going to keep taking over. I just went onto Prime and found the same washers with free shipping.

I also have 40-80-120-200+ hp tunes to go on it too. They have switch on the fly so I can turn a knob to switch between them with no relearn for the transmission or anything

The discounts I get emailed from Napa and other parts stores actually bring things down to RockAuto prices once you hit the "calculate shipping" button haha.

Factory is 4" and there is a small resonator I'm leaving in place for now. Should sound pretty good. I loved the sound of my straight piped 6.0l even with the factory 3.5" exhaust

Legit Amazon has given me 5 different "free one month prime trials". I use it up, get my free shit in 2 days, and cancel before they charge me. Couple months later I get the same notification. Amazon FTW

LOL I used to do it that way back in college. Then karma caught up to me I guess because I forgot to cancel it once and didn't notice that once a year I was getting billed for Prime for 2 years, and I never used it haha. I started using it though and just stay subscribed, for the $120/year it costs I get my money's worth and then some with the shipping savings and movies/tv shows I watch all the time.

I can't leave my shit alone. The Tacoma has headers and a turbo muffler on it

The ls400 would sound pretty good with some race mufflers too
