It's a nice pistol, though.

I could do it at 15 yards no problem when I competed. I think I can still do it at 7 yards.

 

I can do it @ 7 yards but running that target out until it stops like the movie is a NO GO for me.

 

I might be able to pull it off with the 1911 pictured above, but only with high-end defensive ammo. I've consistently made his on 8" steel at 50 yards with about 75% success rate.

Same. I got to shoot one out to 1200 meters on truck silhouettes. That was an awesome day plinking with the M24, M14 EBR and our Barrett M107s on the Army's dime.

 

I almost bought one another 12 years ago. Couldn’t find anywhere to shoot so I had to back out.

What made you sell? I’ve wanted a Barrett .50 for a long time.

 

I used to watch this show Future Weapons. Host was an ex seal. I watched him shoot it and I instantly wanted one.

 

I think they are fun but expensive...always been out of my price range

 

It's pretty badass. I was spotting for my buddy, my head was to his side around his waist area. There was a puddle in front and when he fired, I got covered in mud and water lol. Like this except mud:

 

Ya I was not married and had no kids when I was going to get it. After that the money earmarked for it went to our wedding.

My Nephew in Alabama has one and he reloads all his own ammo and it is still pricy. But fun as hell.

 

I thought it shot nicer than the .308 M24

 

I liked it when the Army paid for my ammo. (M60)

 

I’ll have to try it out. I know ammo ain’t cheap. Have you tried the active noise canceling muffs? Wonder if that would help?

 

I knew going in it would be stupid expensive but that didn’t and won’t sway me.
