Ive always read you need a 1/4" spacer to fix the lean.

installed Camburg uca’s last weekend and put in the 5/8 spacer I couldn’t put in with the stock uca’s. I’m sure this has been covered some ware in this thread but when I get it aligned where should the camber be? I wouldn’t think the factory camber would do it, any insight will be much appreciated!

Installed the fronts last night. Took 0 pictures because I was too busy trying to seat the bottom of the shocks into the LCAs. Outside of that, it was pretty painless. ICON 3 leaf AAL going on tonight maybe tomorrow.

ok so i have a question

still haven’t installed my setup. been sitting in the fkn box way too long. plan to in the spring

here’s my question. C4 Fab is releasing a bumper for the 2nd gens and i am wondering if i could run that bumper with the 885’s? seeing the weight of the bumper. what’s the allowed weight for a bumper with these springs?

    they said

It will be 125lbs without the bull bar and 138 with the full height bull bar with tube gussets.

    pic of bumper

Don't forget the weight of an added winch also.

o yeah i know forgot to add that

i don’t need a winch whatsoever tho that’s the thing but i guess if it’s cut out for one get one or just leave the spot empty

I think the general consensus is that you run 886's to account for the added weight of armor.

how would you compare it to the stock sport suspension? I’m thinking of going with his set up.

    Are 5100s progressive or disgressive?

I have a truck just like that. Thinking of moving to the 5100s. How would you compare it to stock? Also what tires are those? They look great.

Thanks. They definitely ride better than the stock setup. The tires in that pic are 265 70 17 KO2 BF Goodrich. I currently have upsized to 285s, and swapped the coils to 887s. For me the stock sport shocks rode pretty rough.

so i asked the company if that truck was lifted and they said its on stock suspension with a spacer.

so stock springs can handle that bumper and winch but the OME 885 i have to install won’t be able to work with it?

They'll work. It's just not the ideal setup. I have a couple hundred extra pounds up front running 886s and I have about 2.25" of lift.

And c4 fab has their offroad priorities all wonky if they're running stock suspension with a spacer.

yeah i have 5100’s front and back and 885’s brand new in the box. and ever since i saw that bumper which comes out next week i really want it.
so now i don’t know if i can install the suspension i have. or if i should sell the front shocks/coils and get a different setup that would be more ideal to accommodate that bumper and maybe a winch if needed
