i undercoated the underside of my tundras bed... but only because it was off already.

 

i will need to probably redo mine, its old and brittle, the CF 3k gel i sprayed all underneath the cab and behind the rockers turned it back to black

 

you probably got termites and other critters all up in that shit

 

I actually plan on trying out bedliner on the bedsides to kill some of the tin can sound it makes... may do the entire underside

 

on the inner part or outer?

 

Just need to become a parts hoarder, right?

 

i need to get my front wheel nuts powder coated black, probably do that with calipers, if they are not difficult to remove and reinstall

i did a major fuckjob on my brakes in '92 or '93, left myself stranded could not get it all back together

 

The shop never called me when the studs were pressed out. Guess I forgot to write the last digit of my phone number.

EDIT: ohhhhh I thought you were talking about the calipers and LUG nuts. lol. I have never, not once heard or thought there was a noise issue with the bed of the truck. Guess its just my mall driving though

no but you certainly can see them in your side and rear view mirrors.

 

they probably do not throw sand down on the roads where you are at

but what if they are coming through an intersection that is blind with buildings?

 

I may not hit the mud like @eon_blue and @Kwikvette but it has been in the dirt on numerous occasions. never had issues with noise. you are correct about one thing, no sand. Not taking it to beach for the rear diff and axle to corrode away before my eyes.
