Will a 2.5 Gen ARB Bumper fit a 2nd gen?

I found a good deal on a 2012-2015 ARB bumper but my cousin's truck is a 2011.
Do you know if it fits?

The shape of the front headlights are different, so the bumpers are generally made to contour to the different shapes. Therefore, no they aren't interchangeable. See pics for reference below.

not totally true. there are lots of people that have made these bumpers work for the non-intended years of the trucks. iirc the 2012-15 crowd has found the 2.0 arb bumper fits closer to the body which a lot of folks like.

yea. it seems the 2.5 version sticks out further but i don't see why it couldn't fit.

 

So it will probably be the truck if anything needs to be modified.

I had to modify my truck to fit the 2.0 ARB on my 2015

Bumping to see how this worked out, and/or if anyone else had any pictures of a 2.5 gen bumper on a 2nd gen. I may have found myself in the same scenario with a 12-15 bumper on my 06
