The LED SAE J583 Fog Pod & Fog Light Review

Ss3 pro yellow. Going from just headlights to headlights and fog. Close up pics and far pics to sense angle. I need to aim them a little more down. This is NOT an overfly dark area. Just a spot missing a street lamp.

headlights are GE h9 bulbs.

That’s what I’m talking about. You can still see the fogs visible with the headlights.

 

honestly its a reverse now, you barely see the low beams with the fogs on

 

I know nothing about light. I’ve been lost since the double slit experiment. What I can testify is that those SS3 Pros are bright as hell. Mine are also mounted deeper than the factory fogs, and angled lower than the fogs need to be. I did so because the SS3 Pros seemed to wash out my headlights, it was cold and I didn’t want to deal with adjusting them perfectly.

 

Hell you barely need the low beams. DRL and fogs seem like the best view.

One set of the same here. I guess it’s last in first out .

Xenon Depot Philips XV2 HIDs in the stock 4Runner halogen projectors. They are 4800k color temperature. I tried all sorts of LEDs and ended up with HIDs in the end. Didn't know about those GE performance halogens at the time otherwise I probably would have given those a shot. I've still never been flashed, and no flashes so far with the SS3s either.
