    I have to commend Lego on their customer service...
    I ordered the Ideas Dinosaurs set on 1/1 and a few other smaller sets. The dinosaurs were clearly marked as being on backorder and as I completed the order I was again reminded that backorder items would ship within 30 days. Totally fine by me.
    Got the standard order confirmation email right away.
    Next day I get an email apologizing for the dinosaurs set not being available to ship right away and detailing how the order will be filled and that my card wont be charged until it does ship.
    Yesterday I get an email that all of the other items I ordered are shipped and expected to arrive tomorrow (sunday). My entire order qualified for free shipping but without the dinos I wouldn't have - I'm not being charged for shipping even though everything is arriving in two separate shipments.
    Still no charge on my CC....guess I wont be charged for anything until the last item ships?

    I would have been fine waiting for everything to ship at once. And its nice that they're keeping in touch and sending out extra reminders for the delayed set...don't get that from everyone these days.
