I am looking to upgrading the factory headlights (High and Low), turn signal and flood lights with LED lights.

Question: What would be the replacement LED lights for each? Low, High, Turn and Flood. Also, I'm uncertain of which size would fit (H10, H11, H16), are they different sizes? Just want to make sure I'm getting the right sizes.

And any brand recommendations would be prefect, thanks

Hundreds, if not 1000's of post and opinions on this subject. Search box upper, type in LED upgrade.

Thanks, I was more wondering what the size(s) I should be looking at? and if they are all the same size type or different.

Welcome. Another thing to look for is color temp. From your yellows to white, to blue-ish. Also lumen output

Great information, but so much of it to digest.
has anyone upgraded and what did you buy, and how are they?

I bought Diode Dynamics. Plenty bright and not obnoxious. Passed inspection too. A little pricey but look great.

That's all discussed in those threads, sizes (H11/H9), color variations (K4300, K5000/ so on) manufactures and where to buy.

Lows and highs are H11. I think non-Pro fogs are also H11. I installed S-V1 and couldn’t be happier.

@NTH Where did you get the S-V1's?

I think your owners manual will have a listing of all bulb sizes/types that you use as a guide to replace burnt out bulbs.

Im not trying to replace a burnt out bulb. Im asking other 3rd gen Taco owners if they have upgraded to LED and what type, and are they happy with them

My reply wasn't to you. I replied with a direct quote to the OP who asked how to know sizes.

You might want your own thread. Or use the search feature to browse through hundreds of posts related to what you are asking. :notsure:

These are incredibly bright, sharp cut off so no glare, and color is spot on compared to my Pro’s factory LED fogs.

The projector housings were not designed for LED bulbs.

I replaced my low beam H11's with LED's and was not happy. the lights were bright, with good cut off, but the distance was poor. I ended up removing and returning. I went with Sylvania Silverstar ultra. Much better than the stock bulbs, project much further, whiter light. I recommend this bulb for an inexpensive up grade

They're better than a old bulb but not much else.
