    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

My buddy got caught up by their hustle a few years ago.

They go around and knock on doors... if no one answers, they pound on the door to see if they can get dogs to bark and go around to the gate and call to see if they can get a dog to bark at them. Then they note if there is a dog at the address. Then they go back and see if there is a dog registered to the address, if not, they send out a notice of violation and attach it to your utility bill... if you don't pay, they shut off your water.

Oh... It's a LOT more than 35 bucks.

Like 175 for unregistered dog, plus license fee. (If you can prove it's altered)

500 plus license fee if the dog is unaltered.

That's per dog, my buddy has 2 dogs, that hadn't been altered yet.

The 35 was my guess at the cost of license. But, yeah, I see you're referring to the fines associated with NOT registering the dog. Still, fuq'um. I'll just tell'um the dog is visiting.

I absolutely 100% agree with you. I don't think they have any business what-so-ever, expecting me to pay a fee to own a dog.

I think it's criminal they can go door to door looking for "offenses" and then hold you hostage on your utility bill.

I was camping in a spot on the out skirts of Yosemite. Almost forest service land...

Ranger comes through at like 6am waking me and the kids up to all for my camping permit. First time ever and I’ve been camping here since the early ‘90s.

I gave him my camp fire permit.

He said I could stay but couldn’t camp another overnight.

Apparently campfire permits are not Yosemite wilderness camping permits.

I think I need to do the LCA bushings in the 1st gen before I sell it. A lot of squeaking going on down there. Is it difficult?

It's not really bad. The thing that sucks is you have to remove shock, spindle, pop tie rods etc... because everything is attached to the LCA.

Time consuming (a few hours) but not that difficult.
