How y’all doing on weather and snow right now?

 

Like all of montana, each of us in our general area or someone specific?

btw- Billings got up to friggen 56° today! Little to no snow here in town.

In Bozeman we got around 1/2 an inch today but a crazy blizzard around noon that when I was driving downtown knocked a branch off a tree and almost landed on my windshield!

 

Yeah, heard they shut down I90 at Livingston. Glad we went to Bozeman yesterday!

 

Yeah I feel like bozeman is one of the harder areas other then whitefish or something, the closer to Canada you get the worse

Nothing for weeks here in Great Falls even the piles in the parking lots are almost gone. Wind on the other hand....we have plenty of that.

Haha yeah we have not been getting the best weather here lately

 

I meant by who’s living there. It’s all “swanky” there now.

 

I moved here from Colorado last year and can’t move out of this town fast enough. Not as bad as Colorado yet but it’s right up there.

 

We almost retired there. It’s kinda loose loose though. Billings is getting over run with transients, meth/heroine addicts and short term blue collar. The last wouldn’t be bad, most here are blue collar, but the ones coming in aren’t the best. Same caliber as some of the less desirable Balkin overflow.

 

Yeah we’re getting overrun with some characters that’s for sure. Belgrade gets the worst of them thou but they come to bozeman to do their activities and go shopping. Belgrade is a whole other deal

 

We just don’t know where to go next. Everywhere we are thinking is on California’s radar. Want to find a place to settle within the next 3 years.

 

Some relatives of mine moved to the San Juan islands off the coast of Washington. Went there to visit the other year, it’s a whole other sanctuary I’ll tell you that it’s beautiful there

 

We did our first anniversary there when I was stationed in WA. Only bad part is if you don’t work on the island. Kind of a limited economy (on island) the last time I was there. Really pretty place though.

 

Yeah my relatives found work one of them does saddle making for horses other is an Internet Tech for Charter

 

Crazy to hear Billings being overrun, is it really out of town people (the transients). Out here in the big shitty of Seattle they are everywhere of course. They say that if you went back and lived in a time in the past you would regret it because of all the modern things we take for granted, but I think I would take it.

I've been thinking about moving out to Montana, but its getting crowded everywhere. The human disease continues to spread.
