    I voted yes. But I wouldn't want to be on a jury that had to decide that. I've personally seen so many corrupt cops, incompetent lawyers, judges who decide cases on whether or not someone "looks guilty" to them, prosecutors willing to convict innocent people so their record looks good on crime when they decide it's time to move up....

    I'd have to have actually SEEN the person do the crime before I could sleep knowing I had a hand in frying someone.
