    The sad thing was forward progress didn’t even apply last week. 9ers QB was moving backwards and first touched at the 38, went down with the ball right on the 39 yard hash mark. No other players around. Very cut and dry. Fortunately it didn’t impact that game but it is only a matter of time before it does make an impact.
