Whipped out a hat trick to start 2020 with the Tacoma. Threw on some Katzkins. Went with a color combo that I always wanted from my custom days. I added foam to the seats to increase comfort.

Had to add some seat heaters as I’m getting soft on those cold days. Moved the ECT to the shift knob and relocated the usb to the center console making room for the switches.

And added Meso’s MGM chrome delete for an added touch.

Im happy with how it came out. Feels like a new truck. 630068F3-48FF-469B-BB8F-C45919C20FD1.jpg06F2CCDA-0C64-45A5-90AE-B25288D12A66.jpgDE9ACD07-B3C9-4647-9755-C72475878810.jpg3AECE99A-55BF-4C4C-A2E0-8364ADBB8491.jpg

Love the OEM appearance of the seat heaters. Were they difficult to install?

Not too difficult. I ran two wires (one to each seat heater) from the battery and fuse tapped in the control and light wires to the fuse panel under the driver dash.

I paid $699 for the Katzkins. The installation was time consuming and not super complex. It didn't come with any directions, so I took things apart real slow to see how the upholstery went together and to try and get the best outcome. I did the work over three different days. I would guess it took me about 15 hours total. Like most things, I could do it in nearly half that time now that I know how things work.
