I bought it on Amazon, but they are out of stock https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07W1ZML6V/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. You would have to get it from Joying directly. https://www.joyingauto.com/joying-u...orolla-tacoma-android-car-stereo-upgrade.html

I had to research how to get the carplay setup properly, you have to make sure your BT and WIFI is on and not connected to a WIFI, then you go through the process of setting up the BT on the Joying, then wait and be patient and it will setup, then you open the zlink, being patient, it will ask to use Carplay and after that I shut off the unit and then turned it back on and it has hooked up perfectly as long as I have my wifi and BT on and it is 100% wireless and I leave my phone on the charging pad. I only use the car play and the radio and did not get a sim chip for 4g on the unit so can't comment on video playback on the unit.

Overall I am pretty happy with it, could it be better, sure, but for the price and the way it fits its perfect.

Finally got around to blacking out the TRD logo on my center caps. Bought from TVD Vinyl Decals, they turned out pretty good. There is some minor hints of red visible lines, mostly noticeable with the R decal but you wouldn't notice unless you were looking for it :)tsccid003.jpg

Seems like it's something he just does on the side, I'm not sure. But if it's not for you, then it's not for you ‍‍:notsure:

Honestly not today, but over the holidays I took a day to install some items I had been meaning to with two friends of mine. Installed a Switch Pro 9100 with SDHQ under the hood mount and SDHQ inside the cab switch panel mount. Also finally installed my ARB twin compressor in Slee off-road mount with Tacomaworld 3rd gen modified bracket. Lastly installed the Lightforce 30" dual row LED Light bar in SDHQ behind the grill mount. On to the pictures.

I had done this before and have the parts, and pieces available if you're interested. Good thing with mine is, you don't even have to drill holes into your side mirrors. i even have the vortex plastic pieces for both sides with pod lights installed.. You only have to do install and then tap into two wiresOne in the A-pillar and another under the dash. Also need to purchase a DSIM unit as i repurposed mine. I upgraded my truck to Meso's puddle lights, so took out the ones I had done myself similar to the other user.

I did my lows the other day and now I wish I spent the money for the highs, while they were on sale. At first I wasn't sure about the light output but now I love them.

Went with the SR5 grill surround instead of the Pro grill. I'm liking it!

I've read alot here about upgrading the headlights or atleast the bulbs and never gave it much thought. When I do actually drive the truck at night, which is not often, I have noticed there was a big difference between the low and high beams. About a year ago, I did upgrade the stock fog lights to Morimoto LED amber fogs. Well after taking the truck out the other night for about a 50 mile round trip, in light rain and fog, mostly thru non lit forested areas, I fully realized how little light output the stock low beams have.....and I was grateful for the the amber fogs. I guess now the search begins for brighter bulbs. I really have no need for $1K+ new housings and bulbs, just want something a bit brighter when needed. And as for what I actually did to the truck, I swapped out the stock mirror turn signals for upgraded amber switchbacks. They had been sitting in the garage for nearly 3 months and it took all of 15 minutes to do and I'm very pleased with the results! Thanks Bill in MA

I got the Morimoto Elite HID set up for my low beams and the difference is night and day. The price for the set up is not bad either. If you're looking into new bulbs I recommend looking into these, I have read complaints about people Off-roading with them and seeing the light "bounce" but I have never run into that issue myself.
