    Hello,
I bought Weathertech window deflectors for my 2015 Tacoma Limited and they look great.
The back deflectors fit perfectly but the front ones rub against the windows when I roll them up and make this loud clicking noise. I'm concerned that they my damage the window. I called customer service but haven't heard back.
Any thoughts how to adjust them?

    Thanks
    Mike

I had the same problem with mine. What I did was use a heat gun to soften the plastic on the rear edge of the deflector with the window down, then put the window up and let it set for a while. I also used some sandpaper to smooth the plastic edges where it appeared to be rubbing.

^^^ This. Had the same problem on my white Tacoma. Poor fit, which is really surprising since the ones for my 4Runner fit great.

Lol I had the opposite. Front fit great ... and rear fit fine for awhile but now the passenger side is loose.

Your concerns are validated....I too had the same issues but the manufacture suggested with the outside air temperature (OAT) the glass and deflector would soon mate and the glass would operate smoothly within the window frame and plastic deflector. In addition, or in the meantime while the temperature is still in the low 30-40 you can spray or wipe some silicone on the plastic/window glass to help the process. Rest assured with time even with the cabin heater on the window will eventually operate freely within the frame/plastic deflector.

    Have fun...they work great!

If I were you I would take them out and clean them and where they go up into the window and apply some new adhesive. My rears both flew out while driving after 3 or 4 years
