Oh man I want some of these. Found a full set in good shape on Facebook Marketplace the other day for FIFTY DOLLARS! They had been up for over a week. Had my wife message the guy since she's on FB, worked out a deal and asked when I could pick them up. He message back an hour later and said someone was on the way to pick them up. :frusty:

Well that sucks. I’m liking them more and more. The more you sit in them the better they fit. They make a tighter fitting set but it woulda been about another $300 day r so for the set mane more

Yeah, they get super pricey. That's why I jumped on that $50 set. Didn't jump quick enough though apparently. Glad to hear you like them though. I'll keep my eye out for another used set.

Played with some new toys. I tried the foam cannon for the first time with the Chemical Guys soap. Everything worked like it should I had no idea how long it was supposed to sit before rinsing. It got it pretty clean so far I dont see it as a replacement for a good hand wash but with a quick towel dry it was nice and shiny. I even blasted the Scion real quick.

Gathered some more materals for a small lighting project which should be fun.

You use the Nilights before? I'm thinking about going that route for cheap lighting when I get to that point.

Those are just the Nilight wiring harnesses. I have not personally used the Nilights but I have used the Eurolyfe's they are pretty good lights I still have a couple I replaced with Caliraised. The hooke road roof rack came with 4 cheap lights (honestly they look just like my Caliraised lights) I just figured I have them so I'll throw them up on the sides of the rack. I can replace with better ones later if need be

Christie and I ran into a sticky spot this afternoon. Trying to get home from a winery outside Charlottesville Waze took us down some tiny gravel back roads. We turned onto one and a sign said "Open Ford ahead" meaning I assumed a creek crossing. We drove a couple of miles and came across not a creek crossing but a pretty big stream or tiny river with all the rain we have had the last couple of days. I locked it in 4wd and eased into it. The truck dropped down pretty quick and the water was already deep. From what I could see it looked about 2-3' deep in the middle and moving at a good clip. I had no way to tell just how deep it really was, short of walking into it, and we were alone in the middle of nowhere with no cell service. I pussed out and backed away. Maybe it was ok but with no way to make sure I wasn't willing to risk it.

This is just as we pulled up to it

Regardless of what some would say, smart move. No help with you and no cell service best move to make.
