Actually I would like to find a ratchet tool 3/8" that is shaped like a ball/pear/knob. Many times the nut/bolt is loose enough not to need a ratchet bar but too tight for finger turning. A palm/fist held ratchet knob would be perfect for small/tight places to set the screw/nut in place fairly tight and use the ratchet handle to tighten it up.

Why don't u get those finger ratchets? Usually u can get more torque than fingers but less than a normal ratchet.

Once you go to a 3/8 impact or an air ratchet you'll never go back to regular ratchet again.

I'm not that big of a fan of electric tool on vehicles. I like to take my time and work through the motions. It's almost meditative.

I use a stubby 3/8" ratchet all the time. I do a crap load of work on my truck and I never use 1/4" sockets. 3/8" sockets with a stubby is usually small enough for tight spots.

Yea IDK, just confused talking about ratchets then I figured maybe a pen as a service writer, but the stylus could be anything.

There's something about a 1/4 I love. I use it every chance I get. I have an old Craftsman that I hope lives forever.

Everything I do lately I just use 1/2 sockets. Not sure what use I would have for a stubby

I have had a Snap On 1/4" Drive set for 30 years, love it and use it frequently.
