Asking $50 plus shipping. Just taken out of my low-mileage 2013 access cab. Just about perfect condition -- no scratches or blemishes anywhere; the only thing to note is that one of the little tabs for the clock assembly is broken (but the other tabs are fine so I suspect your clock will stay in place just fine.

Could also meet up in the Montgomery County, MD or Annapolis area in lieu of shipping.

    Thanks for looking.

There's a good amount of info here about doing that swap. Unfortunately it's kinda spread out all over so takes quite some time to go through. By the looks of it, assuming you have a non-JBL radio...
    1. The power/speaker wiring connector should just plug right in (this is the connector shown on the left, lowermost connector on the radio pictured).
    2. The accessory wiring (aux input, steering wheel controls...) which is the rightmost, upper connector on that radio will require a 20+8 pin to 28 pin adapter from Toyota. I believe these run about $30.
    3. The connector furthest to the right and bottom is for the antenna, you'll need an adapter for that too (Metra 70-LX21 - ~$14).
    4. If you have satellite radio in your truck I think that will just plug right in. Or, if you want to add it I think you can just buy the antenna and as long as you get the right one it'll plug right in as well.
    5. There's another connector you could use to wire up a backup camera.
    6. It doesn't look like this stereo supports NAV so that's also a non-issue.
I think that should be it for wiring. You will also, however, have to replace the radio bezel which surrounds the radio/clock. It's the large piece that goes around the radio and holds your two center HVAC vents in place. Some have modified their stock pre-2012 bezel to work. Personally, I didn't want to hack up my stock piece. Also note that if you have 4WD you'll also need to replace the 4x4 selector switch. The pre-2012 switch does not fit the 2012+ bezel.
