Thanks!!! I bought the wheels off a dude on craigslist and he said they were American Racing Baja's. They don't really look like them though IMO. I had them powder coated flat black and the tires were Goodyear Wrangler AT/D2's. Sam's Club specials :D And sorry I didn't respond sooner. I didn't see your post

Question for "Greenthumb"; Is your 2010 White SR5 a 4x4 or Prerunner? I purchased a white 2010 Prerunner in June and am thinking of putting some black wheels on it. What size tires and rims are you running? Brand of wheels?

    Thanks,

    TGK

Here's mine, stock as can be for now. Gathering the funding for some mods, but it serves its purpose for now. Great pics from everyone else, lots of talent and lots of great looking trucks!

Thanks, I wasn't sure how much I would like a single cab, but i have been impressed all the way around with this truck. There's enough room behind the seat for a rifle case or two or some other bulky things. Wheelbase and turning radius on it are great too, gets in and out of some pretty small areas. Hope you find one you like! :)

Thanks man! I can't wait to start shopping around. I loved my 07 reg cab PreRunner, but I'm in a Jeep right now :/ I thought I was going to keep the Jeep a few weeks ago, but I've got the Toyota itch BAD right now. I love the short wheel base on the reg cab Tacomas for daily driving and wheeling too. I just really want to experience offroading in a Toyota now that I've done the Jeep thing.....twice. Love your color BTW!

Oh I did the Jeep thing too, a long time ago. It spent more time in the shop than on the road. It was an ok vehicle, good for wheeling, but other than that it was shit. I don't think I'd go back to Jeep even if they offered me a free one, especially since they went to the v6. 6 speed trans in them are junk from what I hear. I'd like to find some time to go offroad in the Taco, maybe this winter... Thanks, yeah, that color really caught my eye at the dealer, seems to change hues depending on the available light. I haven't seen too many MGM tacos around here, kinda nice to have something a little different than everyone else.

I feel ya bro. I bought an 09 Wrangler brand new last year and it was in the shop three times within the first few weeks of owning it LOL! Took them that many times to figure out they needed to replace a freaking spark plug. Then I put it in again for a t-case linkage replacement. Had my 07 PreRunner for two years after buying it new and never had a single hiccup out of it. I do enjoy offroading in the Heep, but I think around here a Toyota would be more fun because I do mostly prerunning on the Eglin reservation and IFS is way better for that. I think the best part to me is just having the top down and doors off, but it's not a vehicle you can stay with forever as far as quality goes. So I don't really see much of a need to stay in it.

I can't wait to go back to a Tacoma! I really want to get a Toyota offroad club going around here! Something classier than the Heep clubs in the area.

Lol, yeah, their quality has been lacking for years. My neighbor has a '91 Wrangler and he is constantly out there wrenching on something that broke. Poor guy. I do agree, top down and doors off was a great thing about that vehicle. And you're right, its a fun vehicle that you have for a year or two and when it loses its 'fun factor' then its time to move to something else. At least with a Taco, mods are relatively cheap, and dirt simple to do.
That would be pretty wicked to get a club up and running! There are way too many Jeeps clubs around me. There needs to be more Toyota clubs around, good idea! If I were anywhere near FL I'd jump on the wagon! :D
