OP, in one post you claim that the frame was bent from you offroading at a level mere mortals cannot comprehend

In the next post you're saying that the frame cannot possibly be bent because you checked it with your own eyes and it "looked" fine

    Im confused. Good luck.

Start fabricating. Cut off the frame under the bed and made a new frame. Back half your shit. Might as well link it while you're at it.

Your frame doesn't care if it bent from wheeling or making love to a shit box that rammed into you. If it's bent it's bent. And they're right, having your frame pulled and straitened is the right way to do it.

Take the bed completely off. Park your truck on flat level ground and start measuring. Throw a level on it and see what side is thrown off.

You've got a fork lift, should be easy to pull the bed.

From there cut off what's bent and weld in a new piece that's straight. Or use your idea of bending it with the fork lift. You'll want to jack the frame so it doesn't squat your suspension to the point of bending the rear axle.

    It's not rocket surgery.

Honestly, I hope someone comes along and has been through what you are dealing with and can give you more information. I know in the 11 or so years I have been on this site everytime something like this has come up it requires a frame shop unless you want to just deal with it and keep beating on it. We have been having some fun with you but please understand that most hardcore wheelers beef up parts before they bend like this. Mostly it is inexperienced people who run into this issue and thus I doubt you will find a quick backyard fix to repair it correctly. Best of luck getting it taken care of and kudos for repairing things to this point yourself. Your welds looked pretty good.

So, you're experienced in experiencing people that have experienced the same experience that the OP experienced and you're an expert in observing the recommended repairs to correct the consequences of these experiences.

Look at the bed mounts where they contact the frame. If they're all making contact then the frame is bent

Maybe is the weight of your tank full of gas, that gives you the idea that the gap on the right is bigger.
