Pull bed, rear bumper, and frame cross member.

Weld on a piece of .25”wall tubing to the outside of the frame so that it sticks past the frame about 10’

Get about 500lb or so of weight pulling/ pushing down on the end of the tubing.

When straight just chop off the tubing used, box the rear of the frame, and add a beefier cross brace.

But really, any good fabricator would have figured this out himself. Keep jacking up your truck and soon enough you’ll have diagnostic skills too.But really, glad you enjoy your truck.

LOL, I spent three hours with a forklift, wedges, wood blocks and a pry bar Friday pulling one of my employees radiator support and inner fender sub structure out so he could get a regular front tire on his car after he stuffed it over the holidays. Leverage tends to work but without cutting out that old sub structure and welding in a donor that car will never be right again.

Once you get the bed off I suspect you will find the spot it bent pretty easy. Mark out points near the cab that are exactly the same. Do not use the cab as a reference and you will be able to get it close by measuring how square it is. Also if you can get it to a legit flat surface you will be able to do the same with height. Keep in mind you want to use jack stands or get it off the ground so you are not cycling your suspension. Take that variable out.
