I assume your frame is fine being in AZ but you have checked it for rust right.

You're not really helping your cause at all. Post one picture that doesn't really show anything and rejecting everyone's honest advice. No wonder this thread has turned into comedy!

Fair warning if you box the frame and build a beefier cross member. You’ll lose 2-3” of wheel articulation since the frame itself isn’t flexing anymore.

What size tires do you have? Maybe if you aired them down while rallying it would provide some cushion and protect the frame

I've never seen a composite that bends and stays bent when the pressure is removed without the composite cracking. Straighten the frame and the bed won't be bent unless it's cracked.

By taking measurements figure out where the twist in the frame starts and where it ends.

Twisted frames can be repaired by installing bolts through a chain into the concrete of a garage floor and wrapping the chains around the frame on "3 corners" of the frame to anchor the frame to the floor. You want to install the bolts at an angle away from the frame. Put some equal height wood blocks between the floor and the frame to get the frame off of the floor. Place more wood blocks under the frame whereever it is straight.

On the 4th corner of the frame that is still unattached strap a come along to the frame and to the floor. As the come along is tightened you're going to have to go past where the frame measures straight because the metal will spring back a bit. Repeat and remeasure as needed.

Yes I've done it. On a aftermarket frame for a 1932 Ford. That frame was a lot stronger than a Taco frame.

I could almost swear this thread popped up this morning and it's 8 pages long now...
