As @mynameistory said, our warranty has been very much industry-leading among our historical competitors who offer 30 days or a year at most. Superbrightleds carries a 2-year warranty at minimum.

Obviously, there are more reputable manufacturers in the offroad segment, so you're right, we will have to update the marketing lingo a bit. But our warranty is still pretty dang good. All products we offer come with a 3-year replacement warranty. In my opinion, that is indeed quite competitive considering we will usually send a new light with a return label if you have any issues within that period. No waiting, no fuss. These lamps do come with an 8 year limited warranty as well, which is a more traditional warranty where the lamp may need to be sent in for repair. Please keep in mind that "lifetime" warranties are for the lifetime of the product, not your lifetime or your vehicle's lifetime.

Also, since so many of you are getting anxious (looking at you @Jnull ... haha!) I'll take this time to mention that products are shipped out by order date by us and our dealers. However, your choice of color, power level, bracket, etc may impact availability, along with the availability for each dealer if you did not purchase from us. The majority of our dealers stock the lights, they are not dropships. If you have questions about your ETA, please simply ask the seller you purchased from. Finally, ship dates on our website are always for new orders, and you will get an email should the ship date of your order change for any reason after your order. The ship date is shown on your email confirmation, for reference.

While the boxes say driving and spot, I’ve got fog and flood lenses as well.

 

well I just got my @Diode Dynamics SS3 yellow sports fogs at lunch and they are already packaged ready to go back the one lens had what looks to be a bunch of glue on it


Kinda sucks especially after already having a long wait

 

Are their lenses glued at all? They’re replaceable so wouldn’t think they would be.

 

Not sure could have been something else I guess

I love these lights, but I *HATE* this wording. What in the world is the lifetime of the product? Where is that documented? If the lifetime is 8 years, make the warranty 8 years. Normal people use normal language, don't let lawyers use weasel wording in your warranty terms.

 

I'm beginning to like the look of the yellow. I currently have the driving white. Thought I read somewhere the lenses will be available soon? @Diode Dynamics

Any idea when you’ll be conducting your tests?

 

Well I’ll certainly be plugging them in tonight for an initial impression! Full tests results and summery though will likely be several days out. Normally I do two lights at a time, yellow/white. This time I have 6 fogs between Pro/Sport Yellow/White/4000k, plus then secondarily the different optics combos. Lots of material to cover.

 

Looking forward to the full review for sure!

 

I think I got sent the wrong wiring adapter. I can’t get it in for the life of me....does that look right? Do I just need to use some more elbow grease?
