Just a friendly reminder that when you're looking into shims, there's simple math that can be done to be sure you get the degree right the first time.

If a one piece driveshaft, the pinion and output shaft should be within about one degree of parallel, allowing for closer to perfect when loaded.
If a double-cardan, wrongly AKA a CV driveshaft, you want the pinion and shaft angle to be equal/flat.
If a two piece, ask google, I haven't built a carrier bearing style setup yet, lol. At least I'm honest!

Alternatively, look in the service manual and see what the stock spec is, measure yours with a magnetic angle finder from lowes/home depot or digital from Amazon, do a little math and order what you need. A reminder, about the empty vs loaded thing- you want within a degree when empty, flat when in significant usage, hopefully not more than opposite of empty when loaded to the brim.

These things matter more with speed than anything else in this application. We're not talking nightmare angles, 1410 joints and stacked t-cases here.

    Nope, don’t have that.

You’ll have to zoom in quite a bit on my photo.

Thanks! I ordered an iAngle digital protractor to help with this.

Were you ever able to diagnose the issue? I'm experiencing a similar rumble after the bed was replaced. Running Dakars w/ pinion shims. The rumble only started after the left leaf pack and ENTIRE bed was replaced... so I'm guessing the shop bungled something.
