I think $2000 is usually the going rate +/- $500

Based on the 5.29 thread, yep. That seems to be par.

@OperatorOneNine I personally wouldn't recommend a front locker unless you just like spending money -- if you find yourself in deep enough shit that a front locker is the difference between getting out and getting stuck, you made some mistakes. If I want to crawl, I'll get a jeep.

Those are my thoughts, thank you for coming to my ted talk.

I'm still in the mindset of not buying parts just to have them. I want to buy functional stuff and I want to purchase the correct stuff the first time as often as possible. I agree with you both on a locker and wouldn't purchase one until my needs warranted it. I don't see that being warranted with anything I want to do in the near future at the very least.

that's what ive done. its so easy to buy stuff just to buy it because someone says you "need" it. I haven't done anything huge to my truck, mostly just tires and creature comforts.

Suspension is on the list for the spring through, its due for it now that I'm around 100k miles..

i was going 60 or so, the limit is 55 or 65 through there, and I have seen patrols on this stretch before

it was on a curve so my front wheels were turning while backend jumped and straight before touching back down off kilter

If you put on a fancy suspension, it’ll feel like you hit a pebble doing 90

If you’re putting on a new suspension I think you can afford the $2 for new bolts.

I’m planning to just buy all new bolts. It’s like $20 and then I don’t have to care about the old ones.
