I've been trying to get down there for a while now. Just need to find the time. Are there trails mild enough for a stock truck, but still fun?

Hit the beach at South Padre Island. Got stuck in some mud, no pics of that.

Yes I took a group of first timers yesterday no issues, something for all skill and vehicle levels.

Sadly there were at least 5 abandoned/ trashed cars up there and LOTS of trash and dump sites. DISGUSTING.

    20200105_144044.jpg

We hadn't been up here in a while (couple of years actually) and while there has always been evidence of shooting up here it was very clean for the most part.

Hard to believe that people would just dump trash and vehicles out in this beautiful place.

    :annoyed:

An unusually high amount of pinstriping.
Unfortunately, this is one of the main reasons why gates go up and/or areas are completely closed down.

Few days late but another Griswold family xmas tree hunt deep into Castle Provincial Park AB, CAN. Hard to believe by the depth of the snow but we made it as far as we could, stopped dead in tracks... Sled tracks only beyond us. Our pup Bane's first xmas too.

Just digging snow, farm jack came in handy and I need to get a bigger shovel. Started out low and when it got really wooded near our destination the snow picked up for with the tree cover. Anyway it made it in and out with only one spot
