Not super low. Once it starts missing it's at about 900 rpm.
As a note if it matters, The afr is super lean when it's happening and when I blip the throttle it goes to normal for a sec then lean again.

I have, did a smoke test and there were no visible vac leaks. it has new FIC injectors (had this issue with old injectors) plugs, and coils. new forward o2 sensors, and new coolant temp and pcv valve. added some extra engine grounds too. cleaned the MAF (next is a new one and new rear 02 sensors)
what makes me wonder is itll be running crappy (even after temp is above 130*) but once i turn off and restart (after 130*) it runs great.
i get random codes from time to time but now im getting p0300, p0306, p0305.

Can you send me a log with your fuel trims? Some of the FIC 650 trucks I've done have required slightly different injector scaling for whatever reason. I'd like to confirm we've got that dialed and if any tweaks are necessary make them first.

Ideally, any log will be helpful, but it would be especially helpful if you could log it from a cold start through operating temp, making note of the time stamp in the log when things are happening so we can investigate and make sense of what might be gong on.

Will do. We did adjust the scaling a bit.

Upstream o2s have been replaced. And all sensors that I have replaced have been OEM toyota.

Just installed my 3.5" intake/ MAF adapter/ 45* elbow assembly tonight. Took it for a spin using some baseline scaled MAF values @JustDSM had made for @mightytacoman some time back. My thoughts...

    - General putting around town feels peppier and highway inclines feel less "strained" for lack of better words, the truck just wants to go now

    - Boost numbers are back up again from the initial 1.5psi gain the intake netted me. I went from pretty nominal numbers of 11.5-11.8 psi at WOT with the 3 inch intake setup to a new 12.6-12.8 psi at WOT REGULARLY.

    - After reviewing the datalogging I had done for Justin earlier tonight I found a maximum MAF grams/sec to be no more than 301 or 39.77 lbs/ min. this is well below the previous top out maximums of 341.7 grams/ sec which the 3" intake/ MAF adapter/ 45* elbow was getting me, granted those numbers were what I found doing a very brief skim through of maximum top out values, so they may be higher, Justin will know after reviewing said data.

I must say, just off a singular baseline setup running my 2.3 pulley, I am INCREDIBLY happy thus far with the results of increasing intake size by just .5 inches. Crazy how held back the truck has been all this time simply because of that. It makes me wish that I switched over to a 3.5" setup sooner after the inauguration of HPT for these trucks! I am highly impressed, and while there is no doubt some tweaking which must be made to fueling to get all of my stuff correct in the right general range which I'd like to be in, I really am liking the results so far. Especially with the newly found boost! Something tells me this thing will be a 13 psi peak pulley after all!

These were quick and dirty shots I took of it last night after setting it up. I may remove the MAF adapter and give it a few shots of black spray so it's a little more hidden back there.

From my reading, as long as you have 2x diameter, straightline distance prior to the MAF then the "straightener" honeycomb shouldn't be necessary.

Well the Honeycomb was optional but I just wanted to get it done and out of the way and rule it out as a potential airflow reading issue.

It was more of a prevention thing to me more than anything. Plus I like the bling bling factor. ;)

I don't blame you. I'm excited about the intake reevaluation. I think I will go ahead and order the 2.3 pulley. My only limits with the intake compared to yours is that my dual compressor takes up the space where your intake goes around the radiator. I still want to take advantage of the MAF tables and math utilized to remap, just probably to another location (mine currently goes into the windshield cowl)

Thanks guys for doing the legwork. By the time I've got funds to S/C, you all will've paved an easy to follow path to 500hp.
