Hi Guys, Wondering if anyone has experienced a similar issue/ resolution:

We have a 2020 TRD Off Road auto with push button start. Ordered a 12v Solutions remote start kit because I've had great luck with them in the past.

Installed it as per the directions, I was even anal retentive enough to contact them to verify I had the correct harness to tap into prior to doing so (yes this kit requires a tap). Finished the install and the remote start works great! Seems like everything is as it should be EXCEPT...I have no headlights. The auto high beams indicator turns on. The headlight indicator turns on. The flash to pass works. No headlights whatsoever. The DRL LEDs work, but only dim when the fog lights are turned on.

I backtracked and traced everything, double checked the connections, made sure the wire tap was connected well. Stumped.

I've reached out to them and am waiting on a response. Thought it would make sense to see what you think or if anyone has had a similar snafu.

They don't currently have a kit for the 2020 w/ Push Button Start. They are still working on it as they are slightly different last I heard

Welcome to the forum. I’d start with checking the fuses and if they are good I’d remove the remote start and see if the headlights work.

Fuses are all good. Checked all that are related to the headlights and system...is there an oddball one that may be tied to the telematics I'm unaware of?
They do have the kit. Its different than the 16-19 and has a relay that you splice into the telematics connector.

Must have just released it. I could never find it on their website. I have just found it by searching directly for it, but it lists as out of stock. Hopefully they reply quickly.

I also saw that. Yes, out of stock, and list it as 100% plug-n-play.... No splicing or wire cutting

Ok guys. Figured it out. It was a bent pin on the t-connector to the BCM. Even after installing carefully, and installing multiple 12v Solutions kits with no issue, I somehow overlooked a bent pin or bent it worse during installation. I was able to straighten it with a pocket knife and installed it with no issue. All is working.

12v solutions got back to me on both facebook messenger and via email from the request I sent. Were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. The kit works great! BE CAREFUL when installing the plugs!600298881.jpg
