    Hello all,

So I got this 96 Tacoma with the 2.7 recently. Been sitting for a while. It was idling around 1500 and getting bad gas mileage. Threw a code for iac.

I replaced the iac and the idle came down to about 1000 +/- 50. Seems a little high still and still not getting the gas mileage I think I should.

Already checked for vacuum leaks and all the codes went away after iac replacement. Any suggestions on what to check next?

Throttle body might be dirty, or a faulty TPS? I just sent mine in to get the throttle body re-bored, by Maxbore.

LC Engineering has a big bore TB kit also.
I've had mine for around 10 years without issues.

    Good luck.
