MESO Interior Chrome Delete Kit

I went with black but I might order the calvary push start

 

I just got my all black kit... My dog got to it first and snapped the ignition ring... works out in the end because I wanted a red one for the ignition anyways, orders already placed!(the black looks amazing installed)

 

Have that exact same setup and love it. the Black cup surround and shift are perfect and the red start gives that pop

 

Don't tell me that.....

Any plans to offer rings for the other knobs instead of just the ignition and 4wd knob?

 

Does the MGM match the other knobs well, looks a little off in some of the pictures? My center console on my 2020 matches the other knobs and isn’t chrome. Would be nice to match them all similar colors. Toyota is so weird with all the mish mash of materials in the cab.

I do have the mgm minimalist key fob, same plastic?

 

The MGM is the same as the fob. These were made before I even knew the 2020's had "MGM" interior accents. From the pictures, the stock trim looks like a lighter grey, where as my MGM is darker.

 

Not sure where else to ask but @MESO when are you expecting your 3rd brake lights with your own hex pod lights to come out?

 

Thanks, any plans to try to match the stock trim on the 2020? Would love to go that route for the 4x4, start, and shift rings.

Just posted this in the semi official thread and figured I’d share here as well. For those looking for OEM SR black door handles, below are the part numbers and cost I got them for from McGeorge Toyota online. Keep in mind part costs fluctuate, this was the cheapest online OEM source I could find.

For install help if you need it, follow MESO’s puddle pod install guide to step 1-I and then reassemble/install the door panel.

 

I thought you bought yours as the hilux SR handles from eBay? Weren’t you the one who posted the eBay links?

 

I never posted about it, but I also have the same Hilux handles that were linked from ebay recently in this thread. I got all four for a little under $100 back in August and they were perfect with no issues.

 

I posted the ebay links as well. I hadn't actually ordered them yet at the time, and when I did go to order them, they we're sold out. So I just searched stateside and spent a little more money to get them. The hilux handles and the SR handles are the same, and I'm pretty certain they're all manufactured in Thailand.

 

Been working on getting the PTS ring on, thought the ring was warped or something but after seeing a lot of people saying they got theirs to fit I assumed I was the one messing up and I finally got it on, if you’re having trouble(which I see a lot of people seem to be) keep fiddling with it I got them all lined up and had to push the top prong over to the left a hair and mine slid right in.

 

Good to know, I was worried there for a second. I just ordered mine so I’m just waiting on them to come in.

 

Your packaging for the SR handles says made in USA.

 

@MESO Are you up for doing custom colors or should I just buy white and paint it myself? I'm looking to do a matte silver finish. I think that will stand out as a more neutral color that's not as shiny as chrome.
