in 10 years all the truths of how much more they cheated will come out and they can engrave that * on each one of those trophy's.

I wouldn't hold your breath on that one. They're one of the most heavily-scrutinized teams in the league; even when they're not cheating people freak out and think they're cheating. As soon as they stop winning all the time, odds are nobody's going to give two shits if there's a chance that they're breaking a rule, just like people feel about the rest of the league right now.

Edit- For instance, there's actually people out there that are stupid enough to believe that the Pats moving past the Raiders in the Snowbowl was an example of the Patriots cheating, even though the referees were simply following the rules that the league had set at that time.

 

Time will tell. I am sure you believe Brady broke his phone by accident also. Good for the Pats and and the years of success they have had and I expect they will continue to have. Regardless of anyone's opinion you can throw that * on that dynasty. Pats fans can make whatever point or debate it as much as they want but that is just reality. The sad part is BB did not need to cheat to have the success they had, they have made a living by building a roster and exploiting the weakness of other teams.

 

It's a shame really. Now all their Titles are tainted. You can't help but wonder what would have happened if they hadn't cheated.

I would agree they may have acted dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage... but is that maybe luck or a skill?

No, I believe that he destroyed his phone rather than hand it over to the Commish. I'd have done the same thing, personally, whether I was guilty of something or not. None of their business what's on my personal phone. Especially since they can access the emails, text messages, phone log, and whatever other relevant information they need through the cell phone provider, without ever touching the phone itself (the fact that the NFL then didn't bother doing that through their own choice is just one of the many shortcomings of the Wells Report). But the dirty pictures of my supermodel wife...none of their business.

The Steelers made their 4 superbowl run in the 70's on steroids, steroids, and more steroids. Moreover, it's been proven, and they're admitted it. Their dynasty could have been great, but now it's all tainted.

LOL, slap as many asterisks you want on the Steelers. All I am saying is own yours too! The pats COULD have been great but they pulled a bunch of shit and tainted it all. Accept that!

 

It is going to be so hard on these pats fans to adjust to reality. Perhaps I should move to the north east and start some sort of rehab where all they do is watch the pats games from the early 90's and that will help them acclimate back to reality.
