    the show did a comparison of the top most popular mid size trucks on saturday. they compared four trucks, the tacoma was not included. at the beginning of the segment they mentioned that toyota declined to participate.

    Toyota declined probably because can't build these trucks fast enough to satisfy the demand as-is.

    I have been watching that show for what seems like close to 40 years.They sound like Consumer Reports when they test the Tacoma as they always complain that it rides like a Truck, go figure.

    I saw some other media outlet do the same thing. They love the Ridgeline and others because they ride like a car! Its a damn truck so I dont expect it to ride like anything but a truck.

    I don't even like the way cars drive anyway. Unibodies let in a lot more road noise and harshness. Trucks glide over rough surfaces with their beefier frames and puffier tires.. much smoother and more comfortable.

    So yeah, these reviewers can take a hike.

    Another reason I purchased the Taco is because it does ride like a truck.

    This is my 4th toyota truck, I will take a truck like ride and unmatched reliability any day over what the other manufacturer's are peddling.
